Do not use Dennis Timmermeister. He is un professional and is a liar. Sorry Coldwell Banker. I would give a review to just him, but there isn't a way to do so.

STAY AWAY! I'm relocating from NYC for work and saw a place Kim Chan had. He was texting the owner the whole time for basic info like if the place had a gym or pool or something. The second he found out I'm American he had all these sketchy suggestions for avoiding some local tax and wanted me to use his friend because I didn't have my own agent. Don't use this guy. If you want to buy something he's listing, bring your own agent or even a lawyer to make sure you don't get screwed.
