Our company invests in real estate properties and we use John for searching good deals for us and selling our renovated properties. He treats every transaction as if it was his own purchase or sale. He goes above and beyond to try to get the best price and in a quick time frame when we are selling. And for buying, he is quick and strategic in putting in offers. Whether you are a buyer, seller or investor I would recommend John as your real estate agent.

John Patricelli was referred to me by a family member. I used John as my agent for my first real estate sale (of my condo) and my first purchase of a detached home. This was highly stressful for both me and my husband as both of these deals happened within the same week! John really made us feel confident and at ease throughout the whole process. We were extremely happy with the outcome of both deals and if it weren't for John's professionalism, expertise, & heart, I don't know if it would have been as successful as it was. I highly recommend using John Patricelli, I know I will in the future.

I used John for my first house purchase and he walked me through every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable with what to look for in a house as well as what to avoid in a house purchase. He made sure I made the right choice and the right investment. When we did find that right property, he was relentless and strategic with an offer to make sure it would be accepted. He really does want the best for his clients and works hard at getting them what they want.
