I recently bought a condo on the island thanks to Lucas and his optimism!! It ended up not being an easy property to purchase, and I had a few people (other realtors) tell me that I would never get it. I found that even after referring me to a local agent to make the offer, Lucas was supportive, was available to answer all of my questions, get back to me, translate the terms of my counter offer and subjects, and give me information that I was thinking about asking. I would 100% work with him again, and recommend him to anyone who is a first time buyer and especially if your used to today’s fast paced communication and like to know what’s going on. I don’t think that I would own this place today if he hadn’t gone for it for me!

Lucas McCann at Garbutt & Dumas makes sure your every need and concern is taken care of when buying/or selling your home. He made me feel comfortable, and was very patient with me and made sure i found the right place for the right price. In the end i got exactly what i wanted and it all had to do with his determination to make sure i was happy. I've recommended him to many friends and colleagues, and all have had similar results. He is the first and only real estate agent i will choose to work with for any future endeavors.
