We've bought and sold several homes with Wayne and Britt. They're an amazing, hardworking team who really care about their clients. From day to night, they were always there to answer our questions and share market updates, listing info, and be there for basically anything we needed. Definitely recommend!

When planning to sell our home, a very good friend of ours recommended us Wayne, Brittany and Holly. We contacted them and we felt very confident our home sales and purchase would be in great hands. Wayne is very experienced and gave us great advice, which we are glad to have followed. The selling process with them was quick and painless, and we ended up selling our place in less than a week and over asking price. They took care of us from beginning to end, making the process very easy for us. We definitely recommend them!

Buying a house or selling one? Trust me - it might be one of the most stressful things you ever do. But fear not - Great help is near by. Our story...By sheer chance on a Saturday afternoon drive, we found our next "dream" house. After contacting Wayne, we were quickly in negotiations and although there was a pause for a few weeks, Brittany masterfully negotiated a great purchase price for us. The next thing to do was prepare our house for sale and Team Wayne immediately got to work with prepping, staging and the first Open house within a week. All of this happening while we were out of country. Big Props to Holly for doing a lot of heavy lifting. With the market starting to shift, Wayne put his extensive experience to work with a plan, sage advice, analysis and sales strategy. Team WD worked tirelessly through market adversity, while keeping us calm and informed. We saw the huge efforts and persevered together to a successful sale, again with skilled negotiating. Thank you Wayne, Brittany and Holly for providing Top notch service and being supportive through the process. As crazy as it is to admit, we have been serial users of Team Wayne Dick. First, they helped sell our house in Port Moody that could not be sold the year previously by another realtor group. It all may be timing, but this time around we wanted to do it right and we interviewed 4 different realtors with a series of questions that were critical to us. Wayne and Brittany not only answered all our queries to our satisfaction, but provided important details about other services they would offer to help sell our home. They met the high bar that we had set and we listened to their proposal. It was that they would list the house and in a week hold an "open house" (something my wife resisted, but we thought we should go with their plan) over the weekend and they felt that they would have 3-4 offers by Monday to review with us. I think there were 6 offers, each better than the other and we ended selling the house with a profit we had not expected and in a time frame that was painless. Huge kudos to Wayne and Brittany!! Then, we needed a place to live after a year away and here Wayne can to our assistance and worked a deal on a new condominium that we, as individuals, could not have consummated. We purchased the to-be-built condo and Brittany kept checking in on the progress and came to the walk-through and helped us with closing. Painless, again and of huge help. As a couple who has had varied experiences with real estate agents, most of them in the sub-par category, our work with Team Wayne Dick was truly amazing and I cant say enough about their professionalism and talent.

Wayne and Brittany were extremely helpful when we sold our home of 30+ years and bought our new one. They are very knowledgeable about the real estate market trends, guiding us through the entire process of buying and selling. One or the other of this Father/Daughter team was always available to answer questions, address concerns and suggest and show us new listings. I would think of no one else but Wayne and Brittany Dick in future real estate deals, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a friendly, professional realtor team.
