Best realtor EVER! I've worked with him twice and both times he was amazing. Honestly he did all the work and helped me buy and sell a condo. He is extremely professional and even helped with recommendations for lawyers and basically anything I needed. If you're looking to buy or sell use Ben!

We are very blessed as a first time home buyer to have Ben as our realtor. He is very hands on to help us all throughout the process of our home purchase. From finding the best place for us, helping us to get financed, and even during the inspection he is there to note all the details and made sure that everything was fixed before we moved in. Also, he is always prompt to answer phone calls for all our questions at any time of the day. Thank you Ben and to your team in helping us make our dream of having our own home come true.

Working with Ben was amazing - he was so patient and worked around my crazy schedule. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Ben was always there for me when I had questions and I could always count on him to answer his phone on the first ring! Being a first time home buyer I had a ton of questions and he was able to help me through the process with ease. I look forward to working with him again :)

After having my townhouse on the market for 6 months with little activity I changed to Ben who immediately saw better ways to market my place. He sold my place in a few days at over asking price. He showed amazing patience taking me to a huge number of places. I had a choice of hundreds of realtors phoning, texting, emailing and even coming to my door. There was something special about Ben that I'm glad I trusted. He is more than a good realtor, he is a good person.

Ben did a great job in helping us find our first home! He stayed calm cool and collected while we were getting flustered. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him and would work with him again. Thanks Ben! We love our home!
