The best thing is that they listen to every detail of the client’s needs carefully and then explain the complete process. I recommend this real estate company to all my friends, family, and relatives.

Worst they are not good for one star

AVOID AT ALL COST. My client just moved out of a building managed by Bentall Kennedy and the so called property manager is not only unprofessional, but rude. They do not follow the rules set out by the Residential Tenancy Act, and take advantage of you when you seem to know the Act or not. First of all, they don't give 24 hours notice to come into the unit. 2. They don't know that when a joint tenant leaves, a new agreement must be signed; instead, they got the remaining tenant (my client) to pay all the rent instead of partial. BTW, they are the ones who allowed my client's roommate to break the contract 3. They deceive you and mislead you into buying their wrongdoings. 4. My client found her own roommate to avoid paying two rent, they did not sign any agreement with this new tenant, allowing her to live with my client without taking down any info; as a result, she moved out in 2 months and my client fell into the same mess again. 5. They don't return your deposit. Former tenants, my client, and her two roommates, never got their deposit back for obvious deceitful reasons
