Karen did an amazing job for us! We were on a very tight schedule and we called Karin. Not only did she call us back immediately, but learning of our time constraints she met with us that day and had our place on the market 3 days later and it sold 8 days after listing. She knew what was needed from the get-go. She was focused and passionate. Her expertise and professionalism were invaluable and she made the process for us as painless and stress-free as possible. It was a pleasure to work with Karin.

Karin is an extremely trustworthy, hard working agent that had our best interests in mind right from very the beginning. She worked diligently to meet our requests, questions, needs, wants, and her whole team was very effective in getting the job done! She was determined to get the best for us, and she did on time and on target. Karin had an effective open house strategy that played a huge role in us selling the place. She is not only a master in her craft but she seemed to genuinely care about our well-being and provided awesome referrals of all the various people involved in a real estate transaction. I highly recommend Karin to represent you for your next home/condo sale or purchase. Thanks Karin!

Karin is the real deal. What she says she does is what she does and then some. From the moment she first answered my call I heard the passion in her voice. She backed that up with knowledge and follow through. From visiting me with coffee and encouragement during a self directed-reno to selling with multiple offers beyond my asking for just over the secret price I hoped for. Karin brings truly professional, excellent, service.

Karin was so amazing and helpful when I was looking for my first unit to buy. If I could say one thing about Karin that made me feel comfortable working with her, besides how happy she always is, it would be 'trust'. Initially I felt like she was trustworthy while helping me look for my first unit to buy, but trust is something that is earned and proven over time. I can honestly say after 5 years of working with Karin, buying two units with her, and starting my small real estate portfolio that she has proven and earned my trust. No matter the size of the unit or detached home you are looking for she is someone you can have an honest, open, and trusting conversation with about your real estate goals. She is simply the best!!!

We worked with Karin when we bought our first home, and then again when we sold it and purchased our next place. Karin is incredibly committed, hard-working and knowledge. She advised on things we could do our property to increase its value before sale, and netted us multiple offers. She did an amazing job both times we worked with her and we will definitely be coming back to her when it is time for us to move again. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend working with Karin. She went above and beyond to find us the right place, always worked in our best interests, and never put her interests above ours. She's responsive, knows the market well, and knows how to position a house to get the best price. I'd definitely work with her again in the future.
