Miro Ceperkovic proved that not all Realtors are the same. From the first time we met he was very attentive to our needs at the same time remaining professional. He showed up to every open house with market, area and house statistics and provided excellent service and advise. He was a key success in a competitive market and his efforts and patience resulted in positive outcome. I can strongly recommend his service to any potential buyer or seller.

My wife and I are very happy to have had Miro Ceperkovic as our realtor. In selling our Coquitlam home, he prepared a very impressive Competitive Market Analysis which was a vital part in pricing our property. He is very knowledge about the overall housing market in general, and specifically, well informed of current and past activity in our neighbourhood. We purchased our new home in South Surrey where he also had experience and provided great analysis and insight on that market. During a stressful time when you are selling and/or buying a home, Miro’s experience, calm demeanor and temperament will be a great source of support. We highly recommend him.

Miro Ceperkovic was the key to our success, both buying and selling in the detached housing market in Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam. As a buyer's agent, he was creative in his suggestions on the formulation of our offer. In a crazy seller's market, he helped us find what we were looking for in reasonable time and perfectly on budget. As a seller's agent, Miro was aggressive with his promotion of our property, immensely helpful with our staging and preparation, and skilled at negotiation - we landed the highest selling price ever in our townhouse complex for comparably sized units, and we did it in 1 week.  On both ends of the experience, Miro was professional, always available and knowledgeable of his market.  He was positive to deal with, honest, helpful and provided us with cleaning  ladies's when we were moving out of our townhouse-which was a lifesaver! I would use Miro again - Highly, highly recommended. - Katie Franklin
