Hey so one of the agents who works here was posting derogatory comments about indigenous people through her Instagram. I would hope that your agents would know that things are public and when you have links in your bio to your job it can be harmful. I would hope Candice learns and understand repercussions and it would be really unfortunate if her views are shared by the other agents of this office.

Wayne Kim is a terrible agent, I would never hire him for anything. Can't return a call or answer a phone properly or respond to an inquiry, what kind of agent does that in todays market? One that does not care about you or your investment!

I would like to say BIG thank you to Evergreen West Reality and the realtor agent that helped us for these past few months. We are first time home buyer and we know very little about buying houses. Jay Li and Margarita Kan just knocked on our door offering realtor services and was so impressed with these two agents! We are committed to another agent who had previously closed two previous ends on home purchase/sales. I would highly recommend using Jay and Margarita and would hire them in a heartbeat. They are aggressive, professional and have the edge I would want if I had a choice to use them. Clearly knowledgeable and they know their market. I am in marketing and totally respect they are out walking the streets. Super nice couple and actually little disappointed we cannot list with them! Do yourself a favour and at least give them a call if you are entertaining the thought of listing your home!
