Carol and I would like to express our sincere appreciation for your wonderful service in helping with the sale of our lake home and for the finding of our new home. We found you as a person of integrity and with a great knowledge of the market. You were honest and transparent, carefully explaining the pros and cons of the options we considered. You were patient with us when we had concerns and were caring and prompt in finding answers. You kept on top of things with dispatch, were a caring listener, committed and hard working. I short, we were so pleased and satisfied with the way we were treated and would highly recommend you (five stars) to our friends and acquaintances. Gratefully, Sid and Carol

June 4, 2018 It is our pleasure to highly recommend Mr. Lee Johnson with Fair Realty in Creston, BC. Our experience with Lee began in March 2018 when we became interested in viewing recreational properties in the East Kootenays. Lee went beyond our expectations as a realtor. Not only did he provide seasoned knowledge about the Kootenay area in general but he was more than helpful when we chose our cabin in providing us much needed technical information. This included local contacts for a WETT inspector (for wood burning stoves), local home inspection services, septic tank services, notary public for legal services and potential renovation contractors. All of these services were invaluable to us as we do not reside in the Kootenay area. Services were arranged and completed in a timely manner and were cost effective as well. Lee took time from his busy schedule to arrange and be present for the septic pump out and the home inspection on our behalf, which we appreciated. Lee traveled to and from Creston to our cabin (50 minutes away) to be present for these services and provided updates to us by email or text as to the outcomes. Upon first meeting Lee, we found his witty sense of humor, broad real estate knowledge base, attention to detail and quick response time to text messages invaluable when we decided to pursue our purchase. Buying a home is an exciting and emotional process, working with Lee with his calm, reassuring nature and exceptional listening skills made this experience both enjoyable and less stressful than we imagined when undertaking an out of province purchase. In summary, Lee is the best realtor we have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. His professionalism, considerate nature and real estate expertise made the purchase of our home both efficient, pleasant and a true dream come true. Sincerely, Shaun and Angela

Lee Johnson has been an invaluable asset in the process of getting my house sold. I always think about how, in our first meetings, he was so assiduous at learning what I considered most important. From that point on, he was tirelessly fighting to get me what I wanted. For me, selling the place quickly was more important than getting a higher price. Lee told me where I needed to range my asking price if I wanted to move it in 100 days, or less, and that’s just what happened. There were a lot of hurdles once he found me a buyer, but he managed to find a sufficiently motivated purchaser in the first week of the listing! That kind of thing rarely happens in this valley. Perhaps my priority was the less difficult one. Maybe it’s more of a challenge to find people willing to pay BC house prices in the Creston Valley but I’m certain that, even if I had tasked Lee with getting me the optimum price in a year or two on the market, he would have found a way to achieve that too. Lee has been a joy to deal with and has impressed me with all of his hard work. Leaf McClary

I want to thank Lee for his dedication, fairness and knowledge that helped us to transition the sale of our home to the purchase of our new one.
