My first home buying experience was easy and painless thanks to Graeme MacPhail of the Royal LePage Real Estate Team. He worked with us on our schedule and was always easy to get in contact with. He was patient and answered every question we had. Graeme was great about making appointments immediately, he always got back to us quickly and his advice was incredibly useful. He was very knowledgeable and honest with his opinion about all the houses we viewed. I highly recommend Graeme MacPhail!

We are very grateful for Graemeā€™s guidance as we searched for our first home. I was impressed by his professionalism and how well he listened to our needs. He was flexible and easy to get in touch with, ready to answer our questions and find out more information for us. In this market, we were truly lucky to have Graeme as our realtor and see us get a great price and check all the boxes. Highly recommended!

Graeme MacPhail was awesome to work with. He was very helpful and accommodating to show us many properties. He was always quick to respond to our questions and did a lot of researching on our behalf. He was very easy to work with and he made our house buying experience fun! I would definitely recommend Graeme as your realtor!

My wife and I had lived in our home in Victoria for forty years when we came to the conclusion that the house and property had become too large and necessitated more work and upkeep than we were physically unable to do anymore. We placed our home for sale and it sold very quickly. So fast we hadn't had time to find another place to move to. We started looking through Victoria without luck. We decided to come up to Nanaimo to see what was available. We happened to stop at Woodgrove mall when we came to a small kiosk with homes for sale in the Nanaimo area. As we were looking at the photos a young man came to the kiosk asking if he could help. I was a little reluctant to say yes with fear of this young man wanting my information. He said he was the realtor for the kiosk and we started talking. He made me feel comfortable and so I decided to give him a chance. He said he was new to the business and if we would like him to search for us he would work hard on our behalf. It did take awhile but Graeme was true to his word. He worked his butt off for us without wavering. He would send prospective places to us everyday only to be denied. Finally we had success. He found the perfect place for us guiding us through the whole process of buying a new place in a new city. I don't think we would have been successful in our purchase if it wasn't for Graeme. My wife and I have nothing but praise and thanks for the help, experience and work provided. We also learned it's not always the older guy that can get the job done. Thanks again Graeme.

These two gentlemen are a great pair. David and Graeme working as a team allowed us to see homes quicker and take action at the right moments to finalize our deal. Davids' experience in the real estate business is a major asset when you are looking for advice on making the right move and building your approach. Graeme is a talented young eager professional ready to show you homes and help you find exactly what you're after. I would highly recommend these two whether you're trying to buy or sell a home.
