Having never bought a house before, we hired Sarah after seeing her advertising. She made us feel comfortable right away. She asked us a bunch of questions and was able to determine what we were looking for in a home. She showed us a few homes and we found the perfect home for us quickly. Sarah made the process quick and friendly. We would recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND ACCOMMODATING ! Me and my girlfriend had been in the market and were intimated as this was our first time house shopping. When we met Sarah it was kismet! She knew how to handle all of our concerns and work very hard to make sure we got the best deal available! I look forward to our relationship and telling everyone i know how great she is! Thanks again Sarah!

Sarah is one of the hardest working realtors i've had the pleasure of dealing with! Her marketing strategies are incredible. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional realtor that will successfully find or sell their home for them.

We dealt with Sarah for almost a year before we finally ended up moving to the Maple Bay area. At the time last spring properties were in limited supply and we were outbid on a few places that we had managed to see on our trips from Kamloops. Sarah went above and beyond for us. She went and viewed properties that we had seen on the MLS listings site she set up for us and shared them on Facetime for us back in Kamloops. She had gotten to know us and knew what we were looking for and let us know if she felt a place would not really meet our expectations, rather than just trying to close a sale. In the end we never saw our house in person( just on our Facetime) until we moved in. We trusted her judgement and that trust paid off in a house we love and has no unwelcome surprises that might have come buying this way. We would give her 10 stars if the system allowed more than 5
