The best, hands down! Geoff helped me purchase my first home and I couldn't be happier. He made sure I got what I was looking for and steered me clear of pitfalls and was honest when he thought I was focusing on the wrong things. He provided so much good advice! Geoff is thoughtful, professional and looked out for my best interest. I still go to Geoff for advice on my property and he never fails to respond and help. He has become a family friend! Thank you Geoff.

We are so glad Geoff helped us purchase our house! As first time home buyers, we were apprehensive of the process, but Geoff made it easy for us. He was always available to us when questions came up, and provided great advice and guidance. Thank you, Geoff!

It is without hesitation that we recommend Geoff. He's an absolute professional, he knows the business back to front and it was more than clear that he really enjoys what he does. Geoff helped us get the home of our dreams, and did so by being informative and honest. He was always flexible, quick to respond to any questions we had and always willing to go the extra mile. Over the course of the process he also became a friend. He's a no-nonsense, honest realtor. He makes sure that you know everything you need to know, and he cares as much as you do about getting you the best home possible. Geoff, we can't thank you enough, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. Wendy and Phil

When I first met Geoff, it was by telephone. He was recommended to me by my sister because he was able to find a house for her friend (Anna) when no other agent was able to. This was impressive because Anna has very particular tastes. In light of this, I procured Geoff's services for a friend of mine (Matt) to help him list and sell a condo unit he was having trouble selling. Once again, Geoff proved his worth as he was able to close the deal in three days where the previous agent was unable to do so in three months. That's service you can bank on.....literally. So when it became my turn to purchase my first house with my sweetheart (Genevieve), I asked Geoff to assist us. He was available at a moments notice, met us at our selected properties within one day (which was 60 km from Toronto I might add) and was able to help us close the deal in a couple of weeks (all while the property owners were on vacation). I am not sure how Geoff does it, if it's his contacts, his experience, his charming demeanor or a combination of all of them, but one thing is certain, trust the process. Trust that Geoff that will get your deal done, because he will. And you can bank on that.

'Not only were looking for a home, we were looking to make Canada our home. In that respect Geoff probably had to work harder with us than most. (We literally had just got off the plane, he met us with our suitcases and made sure we found somewhere to rent too.) And not only did he give us a great crash course in how to buy property in Toronto he was also super attentive, understanding and supportive. It always felt like Geoff had our very best interests at heart. For that we will be eternally grateful.'
