Karen Pedersen and her daughter very kindly and most generously facilitated the signing of sale documents by another party in the sale of our farm back East. This sale was being handled by a fellow Remax broker in Ontario. They did not charge us anything to provide this very timely and urgent service and handled the matter with competence and discretion. We would not hesitate to recommend them. Leora and Cam Pyper

I'm a contractor on the island and have lived here for many years. Pat Akerman sold my house and gave me great professional service.

Worked with Derek. It did not work out in my favor. Would not work with this agency again.
