Logan and Erica were so awesome in helping my wife and I purchase our first home. i wont get into details but trust me when i say we were not easy to deal with. But through it all Logan and Erica just stepped up to every request and they are naturally honest genuine people. We have now lived in the boundary area for 6 months and found that this is what the locals are like around here, Honest and genuine.

Helped us find our family home. Stayed within budget, was mindful of our needs as a family and moved the process along smoothly. Only good things to say.

My partner and I worked with Logan during the sale of our home in Grand Forks. We found him to be extremely professional and easy to work with. Throughout the experience we felt that Logan was doing everything he could to promote and advertise the property. I really value his honest advice, expertise, and promptness; throughout the process he ensured that we were continuously updated and responded to any questions/concerns quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a positive realty experience.
