Kim is absolutely amazing! She is honest, thorough, informative and an absolute treat to deal with. My wife and I had the pleasure of having Kim represent us in the purchase of our first home together. She added her personal touch to our offer, ensuring that our family was able to purchase a home that truly suits our wants and needs. Kim truly is amazing at what she does. Kim was fantastic to work with. I knew Kim social through fitness and loved her personality! Kim knows her stuff, she had my house sold in just 2 days with multiple offers over asking. We are so impressed with Kim. We would ask her to do something and she said I already did it! She showed our 3.2 million home 6 times in 1.5 weeks! Who does that? She knows many clients and realtors from other cities and provinces and brought them to the table! She always arrived early for a showing to blow off leaves off of our deck if needed etc, as we were out of province. She kept in contact with us no matter how trivial our questions were and quickly too! She was back to us in minutes even if she was in a meeting as she really cares! We had a special request that she show our home to other realtors and their clients as we had so many extras in our home that a regular realtor wouldnâ€™t know they were there unless they were pointed out. We loved her bubbly personality as so did the clients. She was also a non smoker as that was important to us as well! Her assistant made up a professional detailed feature sheet that blew me away! She also paid for professional pictures and videos at her expense to help sell our estate home. A picture is worth 1000 words and I canâ€™t say enough amazing words about Kim!
