Dale is incredibly knowledgeable about Victoria and property which was so helpful to us, both times we used him, getting into the condo market and purchasing our first home. He is quick to respond while still maintaining a no-pressure attitude. His great advice meant we were able to secure our dream home despite the crazy competitive market in Victoria. We recommend Dale without a doubt. You’ll be in good hands! - Torie

Dale worked tirelessly to get us a condo that suited our family, within our budget, and in the location we wanted; he did so within a very tight timeline and competitive market. He was extremely professional, honest with every question we asked, and quickly responded to any emails or phone calls. We love our new place and cannot thank Dale enough for all of his hard work!
