Brad Maclaren was a pleasure to have as my realtor. He was professional, reliable, answers all my questions and responded promptly to my phone calls. I trusted his judgment and his advice was very much appreciate. He sold my townhouse in a week. I sincerely recommend Brad Maclaren.

Brad’s knowledge of the market and marketing helped us to sell our place in record time. It was a stressful time but Brad suggested a fair price and made other recommendations that gave us confidence that he would do a good job as our agent. The web presentation was outstanding and it likely contributed to our getting three good offers on the first day. The house sold for over asking. Great job Brad!

I met Brad through a very satisfied mutual client and got to know him better as his guest at the Westshore BNI. Immediately, I could tell he was an engaging and energetic person, as well as a top quality Realtor. Brad really knows his industry, and works hard to help his clients with their buying and selling needs. We have since worked together on two projects that have resulted in happy clients. Brad's approach is hands-on, and custom to your unique situation and needs. The fact that he takes the time to help clients sell their homes for top-dollar speaks volumes to how much he truly cares. When it comes to this type of investment, you want Mr. Real Estate on your team!

We came to Victoria from out of province not knowing the city or what neighborhood would suite us and our pets. Since we are transitioning into retirement we also were looking for features in our future home that had never been particularly important to us before and communities that previously would not have appealed to us. In short, we were challenging clients that needed a lot of guidance and education. Brad did a very professional and patient job of helping us discover both the area within Victoria and the type of property within that community that suited our needs and ultimately helped us purchase a great home with wonderful neighbors.

Brad sold our house in the middle of the pandemic. He was the most professional and helpful realtor. It was our first time selling and his experience and expertise was very helpful. We would definitely use Brad again and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Brad was very professional in his approach to selling our penthouse condo. We were very happy with the process and of course the result. Thanks Brad for consummating our sale in the short time.
