Terrific service. These two guys really do real estate differently. We interviewed four or five different realtors and after a couple showings with Steve and Lea it was very clear there was something special about their approach. They have such a broad array of information that they provide and teach; from housing style, to windows, heating, financing, lawyers, brokers and the list goes on. They worked incredibly hard for us. Chatting on the phone or responding to texts late at night or early in the morning, providing showings at short notice. Always smiling, always friendly. There is zero pressure; they just want you to be happy and do their absolute best to make that happen. The list goes on and on. These guys completely changed my perception of how I pictured real estate agents and I am pleased to refer them to anyone looking.

My wife and I were looking into getting a new place and met Steve at an open house. After meeting with him, we immediately knew we wanted him to represent us. He was genuine and upfront saying he wanted to get to know more about us first before having us as clients - we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated this. Lea & Steve were of tremendous help: They were able to move quickly for the purchase of our new home in the fast-moving real estate market of Victoria They were patient and respectful of the emotions and the work involved in the preparation of our family home for sale Lea and Steve are able to skillfully handle the rules and regulations involved in both the purchase and sale of Real Estate. They were able to seamlessly navigate the way through government controlled rules that were changing hourly on the day of our house sale. It happened that my wife and I were selling our residential property before. So this time we were thinking twice about who we would want our realtors team to be. Finally we chose Lea Cathcart and Steve Nguyen from Victoria Real Estate Team. We found their offer in our mail box among many others. They were different from the very beginning. During the whole process of selling we met them personally only one time when they came to see the property and talk. All other steps were made without our involvement and we were just signing the documents online. Steve and Lea made their market response and price predictions which proved to be accurate. They told us about their marketing tactics which shown to be efficient for both time and money terms. The IT part was as professional as the commercial. The property was presented carefully and comprehensively. Subsequently we’ve got four offers. The result finally was exactly as predicted and actually at the top of the range we discussed. Even knowing the market was hot we wanted to get fair price and Lea and Steve made it happened. Thanks so much, guys!

These two were unreal in the buying process! They always had our core wants in mind considering each and every property. We had a lot to juggle- what made sense for our family, budget, location, lifestyle, work, schools and style. We both find it overwhelming looking at so many properties and having to act so quickly but they kept us calm. They were patient and total professionals helping guide us with their expertise. Lea is amazing at digging up info and Steve is a walking human calculator who was so creative at thinking long term and how we can grow with the house. So happy we had these guys by our side!
