We are very happy with the exceptional service that Brenda provided in helping us buy a house in a new city. She knew the areas of the city very well and helped us get familair with the different areas. As a result, we live in a neighbourhood that really suits us: quiet, close to amenities and friendly neighbours. She seemed to really know her her prices according to location and features of the house, so we feel that we got the best price for what we wanted. She gave considered and realistic advice when asked but there was no pressure. She seemed to adapt to our different needs and tried to find something that suited both of us. She offered a free consultation with an Interior Designer which I really appreciated. She was available after we settled with recommendations for different housing needs. So I think she provided more than just buying a house. She helped us find our niche in a new city.

Brenda is an excellent realtor and a pleasure to work with. She went the extra mile to make sure every offer we made was as strong as possible, which was key in this tough market. We really appreciated her positivity and dedication to helping us find our first home. We highly recommend her.

From our first meeting with Brenda Russell, she "got us" right away. My husband and I were transitioning from Vancouver to Victoria. I wondered how this would work. She was able to zero in on our needs, desires and must-haves. Once we planned our viewing trip to Victoria, Brenda lined up a full day of homes for us to see. The information she compiled was complete and thorough. She knew the intensity of the market, and knew what we needed to do to secure the home that we loved. Professional, clear and concise, and ready with a quick sense of humour in a stressful situation -- Brenda made the complete experience a very positive one. Thank you Brenda -- we love our new home!

Brenda got our family's house sold quickly, efficiently and at the best possible price! She is, by far, our top choice of realtor in Victoria because of her very professional but friendly and approachable attitude, preparation and presentation. She arrived for our initial meeting, about 12 hours after I called her, with all her market research already in hand and then spent over two hours with me answering questions, evaluating the property and explaining all the pros and cons of the current market conditions. I felt very confident in recommending her to the other members of the family. She got the house organized, prepared and on the market in 10 days and a great no-conditions offer was accepted 7 days later! Thank you, Brenda Russell!

We've recently purchased a fabulous investment property in the prime Victoria neighborhood with Brenda's help. We live in Vancouver and we don't think we could've done it without her. Her organizational abilities are exceptional! It's also rare these days that we meet people/businesses that not only truly listen to their clients needs, but also accommodate them with high standards. Thank you, Brenda!
