Simply the best! After dealing with a number of different realtors and real estate agencies over the years we are grateful to have come into contact with Chris and Errol. We trusted a very discerning co-worker at my work who raved about their experience. In the end we sold our home and purchased our dream home. To begin, selling was effortless as they laid down the groundwork for what needed to be done. The market was slowly cooling as it was nearing the end of the summer. Once listed it sold on the fourth showing in four days. When we turned it over to them to help us with our purchase, they were reliable and committed through the entire process. One or both of them was always readily available. We saw homes all the way from Union Bay to Oyster River and not once did we feel rushed to buy. In the end our dream home came along just as Errol had originally predicted. We feel we have waited our whole lives for this moment and now, thanks to them, it is a reality. Thank you Chris and Errol!
