Kel represented us well throughout the process of selling our property. Kel is professional, hard working, honest and courteous. Kel went above and beyond in assisting us by organizing some of the things we needed to complete prior to the showings (for example, arranging for some minor repairs to be done and being present when carpets needed to be cleaned etc...). Kel was always prompt in his replies when we needed advice. He has excellent knowledge of market conditions and trends which in turn helped us appropriately price our property. We sold our property quickly for a price we were very happy with. Kel represented our interests and we highly recommend him.

Kel was an absolute pleasure to work with! We bought our investment property in partnership with another couple through him. He had to juggle the priorities of four separate people. We all had our concerns and hopes for this project, Kel kept all those issues in mind in helping us find the property that worked for all of us. His witty sense of humour is a great help in keeping things light when it’s needed most, and above all his dedication for his clients surpasses anything we have experienced before. I highly recommend Kel for your real estate needs, great guy, and a thorough professional!

I chose Kel Parry as my realtor two years ago and he was very professional and very comfortable to work with . He had my house marketed and up for sale for only one week before it sold for well over my asking price . I had been in my home for 51 years at that point and he helped me so much once I made the decision to sell. I would highly recommend Kel Parry to anyone deciding to downsize or to someone moving here from another area. Thanks Kel !

I have worked with KEL for many years. As a client and as a co-worker. He is not only an honest, family man, he has always bent over backwards to ensure everyone is taken care of and is happy. Look forward to working with you well into the future KEL. Cheers- Adrienne

I have come to know Kel Parry both as a business associate and friend over the past 10 years. His long term history with Vancouver Island coupled with 6 years in the real estate business allow him to provide very knowledgeable, tailored results for his clients whether selling or buying. Being familiar with the various lifestyles in different areas on the island is key to being able to advise his clients on suitable locations based on their needs. If you need any real estate advice, don’t hesitate to call Kel. He’ll will provide thorough processional service.
