We hired Sean in November 2012 to look for a new house. We told him about our idea of a perfect home. He was very efficient in only lining up the houses that met our requirements. By January 2013 he had found the house that met almost all of what we wanted. With his background as an architect, Sean also gave us some very valuable pointers. With minimal effort and cost, we made changes that turned that house into a perfect home. He has the perfect eye for not only what is apparent but also what may be invisible to most (including us), including the lot potential and how to make small changes with large impacts. Thank you Sean. We've been enjoying our new home everyday.

The most trustworthy and loyal realtor you could find, which might be a difficult thing nowadays. Furthermore, he is very knowledgeable about the business, and he uses this knowledge to help his clients the best way possible. If you're looking for an affordable house that suits your needs as a family, yet does not put restrains on your budget, he is the guy to go to. And last but not least, he cares about his clients and helping them get what they need.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Sean one more time for all his time, efforts and hard work in buying our new beautiful house in Coquitlam. This would not have been possible without having a professional realator like him with the excellent knowledge in housing market.  He was always available and quick at returning all our calls and respond to our queries. If it wasn't for his amazing negotiation skills, we wouldn't have been able to buy our new home at such a great price. Sean is a professional real state agent whom we highly recommend. Saeed&Rahile
