I baught and sold my house through Brett and have nothing but good things to say. The communication was excellent and was always available to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Brett as your realtor if you want great service.

I contacted Brett prior to arriving in Comox for my house hunting trip. He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls and gave me an outline of what to expect once I arrived. We met the first day and viewed almost all the homes that fit what I was looking for, considering there were not many options available at the time. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods around Courtenay, Comox and was able to answer all of my questions. I was able to make an offer on my second day, and again he was very helpful with the whole process and advising on the price points and keeping me updated. Brett was able to facilitate the communications between me and the seller all the way to the possession date. Brett is knowledgeable, responsive, punctual and professional; I would highly recommend him as a realtor.

This was the second time that I used Brett for the sale/purchase of a property. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a highly reliable professional agent. I always find him super easy to work with and he provided outstanding advice to market my home for a quick sale.

Brett was our realtor for both the sale of our previous house and the purchase of our new one. He is professional, knowledgeable and very organized. Brett is very quick to respond to questions, showing requests etc. and always provided timely feedback on showing results. He is honest and has integrity. You can be confident that you will be well looked after on all fronts, if you have Brett as your realtor. G & B Taylor
