We had a great opportunity come up but needed to act fast. Drew was able to make the deal happen by arranging timely viewings, give great advice and walk us through the fine legal details. His communication was first rate, returning all calls in a very timely manner. He was professional in all aspects of our house purchase. We would not hesitate to recommend him as a realtor.

Our first experience with Drew was online through his real estate Website. His quick, courteous and knowledgeable response to our inquiries about the housing market on Vancouver Island quickly helped to build our trust and confidence in Drew's ability to meet our needs for a buying agent. Moving to the Island from out of province created some obvious problems, But from the time we arrived on the island to the signing of our purchase agreement on the perfect home, Drew's tireless efforts, kind, courteous and knowledgeable service made our entire experience stress free. I would not hesitate to use Drew's services again, and would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a real estate agent a cut above the rest. Sincerely Allan & Jocelyne Duncan BC.

Drew was a patient, informed and responsive agent. His listening skills were well developed and we appreciated how he had the patience to let us form our own opinions rather than forming the conversation himself. When we had questions, he answered. When we needed to meet with him, he responded. No matter the uniqueness of our request or query, he was a gentleman. Ultimately, he was proactive in facilitating a deal between two of his own clients, one in Victoria and one in Cobble Hill, leaving both of us well satisfied. We would definitely recommend him and would use him again! Ann and John Baty

Awesome response to special needs and very nimble adjusting as my needs became clearer. Comprehensive knowledge of available listings, a good eye for detail, and professional in all stages. Excellent communication skills.
