Lived there for ten years of my childhood, nice, big enough, other children nearby, low income, elementary school within walking distance, multiple playgrounds nearby (the closest one is a bit iffy, has a lot of crevices that wasps nest in, made of wood)

Great low cost place to live in Nelson. There is a bus stop in front of building. Nice views of North Arm of Kootenay Lake and mountains to the north. Run by the Nelson Cares Housing Society.
