We would like to thank Chuck and Karen Bennett at Coldwell Banker Real Estate for helping us find our perfect home. It is challenging to find a real estate agent that you can trust and we did our homework before hiring this dynamic team. We found Chuck and Karen to be honest and helpful through our journey in finding a home. We were relocating from Calgary, Alberta in 2017 and had not spent much time in the Nelson area. Chuck and Karen listened to our questions and concerns and were knowledgeable and professional in helping to make our transition go smoother. We highly recommend this exceptional team and we plan on using them again in the future. Jim and Sheryl Trowsse

The worst Realtor that you could deal. I have to fight to get my rejected offer signed by the Owner. Even more, you are not sure if the offer was submitted to the Buyer. Normally, your offer goes together with other offers from Realtor of the same Company so you are not sure about the confidentiality of your bid that you offer. In addition, they do not help the Buyer or to motivate the Buyer to get the best deal possible especially when offers are extremely close in price. Personally, I do not recommended to deal with this company my personal experience was a nightmare.
