Under new management now making this one of the cleanest friendliest rental communities in Dawson Creek.

Way over priced!! Doesnt follow residential tenancy rules and charges extra fees for everything. Way to many transients, noisy diesel vehicles everywhere, parking lot really cramped. On the plus side you can always find an RCMP officer or Ambulance because it seems like they are always there.

Look elsewhere! Parking lot is cramped, building is always dirty, full of transients, diesel engines running from 5 am on. Also be aware of what you're signing if you sign a lease.
