Had a fantastic experience working with Paul and Calvin Khara. They made buying our first home as smooth and simple as possible and we couldn't be happier. Would recommend working with them to anyone and will definitely reach out again in the future.

This was our first time working with Paul and Calvin and the entire experience was fantastic. They represented us as buyers and sellers and the many challenges on both ends were met by Paul and Calvin in a streamlined and smooth manner. They are both very professional and kept us constantly updated and informed. I would highly recommend them for all your real estate needs!

This was our first time working with Paul and Calvin and it was a fantastic experience from the start to finish. They faced a lot of challenges in both our sale and purchase of our new place but strived to make it not only work, but go very smoothly. They are both very professional and just 2 great people to work with!! We can't say enough about how great it was working them both and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is selling or buying!

It is with sincere pleasure that my wife and I write a glowing review of the Paul Khara Real Estate Group. Simply put, Paul, his son Calvin, and the rest of the team were so good that they turned what is historically a very stressful experience into an enjoyable process. Home sales and purchases never happen without a few hiccups, and ours was no exception. Their experience, expertise, and diligence, though, made the process so smooth and pain-free that it was actually kind of fun and exciting! Over the years my wife and I have been helped by some very competent and caring real estate agents. Paul’s team blew them all away. (Sorry to anyone offended, but that should be taken as incentive that you can always up your game!). Not only was Paul’s team ten steps ahead of us on every level and at all times, but their communication with us was stellar! We were never left hanging or felt out of the loop. It’s hard to put into words how well “taken care of” we felt throughout the process. Oh, and with respect to the sale? Paul is a great negotiator! When all was said and done, we had no doubt that we had the best real estate group working with us. Thank you, Paul!

The Paul Khara team did an amazing job selling my South Surrey home. They are very knowledgeable about the current lower mainland market, and I truly felt I was represented by a professional team with strong work ethic. Thanks again, it was a pleasure working with you!
