We interacted with Ken and Kelli as they represented the seller for the house we purchased, I would STRONGLY discourage someone from buying a house if they are the listing agent, no matter how desperate you are, let alone using them as a realtor to sell your house. Start to finish the experience dealing with them was unprofessional unpleasant and they were basically non-responsive throughout the process. Maybe they're great when you're their client, but i would not want them representing me Our contract stated the house had to be clean and free of debris, Once we moved in there was a a full shipping container worth of garbage, personal belongings left in various parts of the home. After basically not responding for 2 weeks, our realtor paid to have the debris removed, during which Kelli suggested that this was our garbage, even though there were family photos. Just imagine that she was either cheap, ignorant or illogical enough to suggest we moved into a house the first day, filled it to the brim with rotting garbage and light fixtures from the 90s, then felt like calling her repeatedly to deal with it so we could...save the money of disposing of it ourselves? Steer clear, there's plenty of realtors, find a good one!

Ken and Kelli have been a joy to work with. They are friendly and professional and their knowledge of real estate is most impressive. I highly recommend them.

They were hired by our landlord to sell the house we were tenants in. They treated us with absolutely no respect, belittled us, mocked us, and made the already invasive process so much harder than it needed to be. I wouldn't recommend using their services solely on the type of people they showed themselves to be: arrogant with a serious lack of compassion.

Would highly recommend Dan Johnson! He helped us buy a fantastic home in cobble hill which we absolutely love. It’s a tough market right now for buyers, but he worked tirelessly to help us succeed and we couldn’t be more grateful!
