It was our first home purchase, we we're new to the game and unsure of the way things worked and what to look out for when considering homes. We needed a realtor and Mike was the best guide we could have asked for. Mike led us through everything step by step, we knew he was always looking out for our best interests. Mike is very knowledgeable of the properties in and around the Cowichan valley and is aware of what issues to look out for when viewing rural properties. If you are a first time buyer or in the market for a new home, we cannot recommend Mike enough. Kolby & Paul

Mike Eddy was extremely supportive throughout the process of finding and purchasing our first home. We viewed countless houses, in various parts of southern Vancouver Island, and not once did we feel pressured. Mike was patient, punctual and continually surprised us with his thoroughness. Mike advised us well, and we were fortunate to have him as our realtor. 100% recommendation

Mike Eddy is an amazing Realtor. We engage Mike in 2013 when we tried to move our family from the mainland to the Island. As life would have it, we couldn't make the move in 2013. We again engaged him in 2016 and he showed us homes from Ladysmith to Mill Bay. Obviously we didn't have our minds made up on a location ( a little high maintenance). Here's the thing, Mike was patient over 3 months of showings. He helped us understand the market and more importantly, the value of each area, re-sale value, amenities and nuances. He is a total pro and a nice guy to spend time with when you're looking to make one of the biggest investments in your life. I wish Google had a 10 star rating - Mike would have one. Our family is now happy in Cobble Hill, minutes to the Marina and close to great schools...oh and the ocean. Thank you Mike for all your efforts. You are amazing.

Mike Eddy is simply the best, here's why. Our family of 4 planned on moving from the Fraser Valley to Vancouver Island. The Geo was between Ladysmith and Millbay. With such a wide-spread are and with so many nuances, I would think most realtors would tell us to pound sand and narrow our search. Not Mike, he gracious took the time for us to acclimate to each area and over time, we began to understand what niche spots held the best value and also meet our needs. He REALLY knows the market from Ladysmith to Millbay. We came over a half a dozen times to view homes, watch the market heat up, and watch homes that we were interested in quickly disappear. Instead of making a hasty decision in a hot market to grab something, Mike recommended patience and timing. He was right. We landed our dream home, at a great price and we couldn't be happier. Thanks so much Mike!
