Some time ago my husband bot a spa chair out of the basement of this reality store. The chair was ment to be a gift for me as I had passed all my tests and pre-chechs, but the chair we received is in no condition to be bot or sold! My husbund assures me vary well that it did not have Marks or Scratches on the sides when he picked the spa chair up. Now that we finally have it home (after meany times calling to confirm the shipmetn) the chair is all scratched up! Photo evidence to prove it aswell! This review would sertanly be lower if possible I am vary mad. Terrible job on the businesses side.

We were looking for a property in Fairmont Hot Springs, and just happened on Rockies West and Sean Roggeman. What a happy find that was! Sean was personable and knowledgeable. He walked us through the home we were interested in and guided us competently and confidently through the process of purchasing it. When we reviewed the purchase agreement and had questions, he answered them intelligently and was obviously very familiar with the process. Excellent service!
