From the day we starting talking, up to the finalizing of the sale, Josh was there to answer every concern in real time, even after normal business hours. We never met Josh in person as we conducted our sale while out of province, but we quickly felt like we knew him, and were able to relax after seeing his professional and detailed listing work. I am writing to congratulate Josh Wynia on a fantastic job done selling my residential home and my Â¼ share ownership properties. When I first met Josh I knew he was the Realtor I wanted to work with it. His calm, kind and caring demeanor was my first impression. Josh is not a salesy realtor. He listens carefully to what you need and what you want and works hard in every aspect to accomplish exactly that. He provided ongoing communication and market research to show how we could position the house in a market that was changing. Joshâ€™s wife Jen, who does his professional photography and Video did an outstanding job on the photography for the listing using a drone to take aerial shots showing the benefits of the surrounding area and then created an impressive video that bestowed the value of the home . In the sale of both properties, there were personal challenges that to me seemed too big. Josh was there in all circumstances to support me through some very stressful moments and never swayed from being the professional that he is. I will be referring Josh to all of my friends and business associates who are in the market to buy or sell their properties. We chose Josh because he seemed credible, authentic, with strong character. He was honest, personable, and respected our wishes. He was very responsive and applied up-to-date technologies to promote our home. He was knowledgeable about the local market as well as our neighbourhood where he had recently sold homes. We recently purchased a home and then put our home on the market. We were under a very tight time frame to make both the purchase and sale work. Not only did Josh guide us through the purchase, he marketed our house superbly enabling it to sell in a cooling market and which made both deals seamless and we were able to port our mortgage . Josh is amiable, professional beyond reproach , and has attention to detail . He made stressful times bearable while always positive with a great sense of humour . We will definitely be using Josh again and give him a big thumbs up.
