Ian is professional, very knowledgeable in his field, goes out of his way to find answers, punctual, personable, and dedicated to make ones dream come true. I highly recommend Ian as a realtor for either selling or purchasing a home. He is very through with his job; crosses his Tâ€™s and dots the Iâ€™s! Very professional!! I found him quick in responding to calls and getting the job done getting paperwork to our broker/Lawyers were done in a very timely manner. OMG Ian is the man for your realtor. He was very patient with our demands of seeing the property over and over, poor man, I felt for him. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism and with humor as well, which is important to me. Shows to me he was human and not a robot and I didn't get the sense he was in it for the money. Anything you asked, he provided for you and then some. He went out of his way to accommodate you. Viewing the property I was going to purchase was in a deplorable state and If you want to view what you can do with mobiles from scratch for little money you are invited to come and see my mobile as long as Ian accompanies you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ian to anybody. He serves people well.

Ian was the best realtor I have had. Very dependable and quick to get back to you with emails, texts and phone calls. Something that is very important to me because I hate waiting for days to hear what is happening. He is always on time for showings and looks for things in a home that need attention or replacing and points them out to you. Never crossing his mind that he may lose a sale by doing this, like some realtors do. He is most honest. I have only good to say about Ian and would definitely use him again.
