Recently purchased a house with realtor Minh Ta, her lacking experience and professionalism made my purchase experience hell. She was representing both the seller and me as the buyer and she made me regret not having my own agent throughout the buying process. We have signed the purchase contract for the house and she went behind our back and put the house for open house again to have an opportunity to accept another offer. On the day we are to take the possession, the seller happens to move out the same day and I was informed of this when I ASKED about the seller's situation five days before the possession day. I had booked my moving company one month prior to move on this day and she told me like it's none of her business and she knows nothing about it. There was no apologies, but asked for the extension, she had excuses how sellers had so many stuffs in their house. Who doesn't have that much stuffs when living in a house near $800,000? Luckily I postponed my moving day few days later so I didn't have to move my furniture in. My point is, this agent CANNOT organize anything for you as the seller and the buyer so don't waste your time and money. The seller moved out six hours later than the possession time and we got sworn by the seller’s for rushing them to move out.

Secure building with two access ways and parking in the front and back. Great place for shared office use.
