HANDS DOWN BEST REALTOR EVER! Larry was phenomenal from day 1, and completely dedicated to the sale of our property. He completely took the reins and went above and beyond! To which I may add....he brought us multiple offers and a bidding war! Couldn't ask for anything better! He was spectacular with his professionalism, and was extremely good in answering the bazillion questions we had for him on a daily basis. My husband works out of province, so Larry was my right hand man, and made us feel comfortable in that I was not leaving any important details out while my husband was away. We want to thank Larry from the bottom of our hearts for doing such an exceptional job!!! Will, and do recommend Larry every time!!!

We had an incredible experience working with Larry and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the Penticton area. Throughout our experience Larry demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and knowledge of the local area. He worked hard to connect us with homes that matched our criteria as soon as they came on the market and always had our best interests in mind. We had never purchased a home before and Larry helped us navigate our way through complicated negotiations and helped us understand the world of real estate. He also put in many extended hours to help us assess if we could put a suite into the home we wanted to purchase. He was honest, hard working and ethical. We won’t hesitate to work with him again in the future.

If you're searching for someone to handle your real estate needs, look no further than Larry Flagel. Great people skills, knowledge in the area, attentiveness to details, prompt and efficient, and keeps things simple and straightforward in his communication to all parties. Larry helped our family negotiate a relatively complex arrangement in sale on a property with both buyer and seller in remote locations. He handled all the back and forth between the parties so that we all came out feeling good at the end of the day, and we're stoked with what we now own! Also couldn't believe how simple he made some of the documentation requirements with the help of the technology tools at his fingertips. Thanks so much Larry!

We were very impressed with Larry. We had met him the year previous to our purchase as we lived in the lower mainland and were looking for our retirement home which we had plenty of time to find. Larry knew our wishlist and kept us informed of houses that came on the market. One year later and we are now in our dream home!! Larry made the process easy especially since we were out of town. We highly recommend Larry to anyone looking for a professional outstanding realtor.

Larry’s perseverance and desire to make sure the house I purchased was the home I was searching for was off the chart. It was a long search, complicated by distance and parameters that changed mid-way through. He kept me well informed through out the purchase process. Sue
