This lady is toxic. I do not know anyone that has anything nice to say about her. She has outright lied to me and not apologised after I have caught her in a lie . Do not trust her. Do not have any dealings with her. She is very rude and unpleasant to be around.

Extremely unprofessional. Rude, unreliable, shady, and frustrating to deal with. Scrutinized us prior to move in despite having flawless references, a job held for many years ( with letters of recommendation) and a baby on the way. Very uncomfortable un desirable viewings of the propertys as well. Upon move in we discovered the people above were absolutely horrible people partying 24/7( frustrating after we had been made to jump through every hoop possible) there was also a massive mess to clean up (move in was during the weekend so debbie was not available to comment/ send a cleaner) there was excrement in the toilet drywall dust everywhere and just a general filth. Move in and clean for two days... after so much hassle to even be considered as tenants. Also a check valve was installed wrong causing an amazingly loud boom throughout the night, when notified it took several weeks to be addressed Upon move out ( after three years of no problems, rent always paid in full and even several months ahead at times) she once again Scrutinized every little detail and added costs to be taken off that had been discussed earlier in the year as "covered" due to the event being out of our control. The property we lived in was constantly involved with mail box break ins and parking lot vandalism as well, security system and what not isn't an overly expensive cost but they just let it keep happening. Avoid this property management company.

Stay away from this property manager. Shady, rude and rents below market value to people she knows.
