Thank you NIck from the Whiting family! Nick had his work cut out for him, working with 3 people with 3 different priorities find a 2 family home. Initially working with 1 local person and 2 from out of province,.he spent time a lot of time helping us prioritize our requirements. Two family homes were selling quickly, but Nick found us our ideal home before it was posted on MLS.. Without even seeing it, we knew the house met our needs and was within our budget. We are loving our new home!

Our house was on the market for 3 years with numerous agents, we listed with Nick and it was sold with in 3 months. Nick arranged a moving van for us and the whole sale was smooth and even enjoyable! We would highly recommend Nick, his professional hands on approach was refreshing.
