Ethan was a pleasure to work with on my first real estate purchase. He was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Being from out of town I did not know the neighborhoods in Kelowna at all and his knowledge was invaluable in choosing a location. I would recommend Ethan to anyone out there. Max Harris, Edmonton

Diana worked hard to help us find a home that worked for us, we had a very short closing on our previous property and required something we could purchase fairly fast, she went above and beyond in the negotiations and provided much assistance as we were on vacation for a portion of the transaction. She always was available if we had any questions. Ryan Duncan, West Kelowna

We had a fantastic experience with Walker Real Estate and Diana Sposato when buying our first home. Professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. 5 star service. I wouldn't work with anyone one else.

I would highly recommend using Ethan Rutley as a realtor. He was fantastic in every aspect of my condo purchase. He is knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and was always quick to respond to my millions of questions - top notch!

I was unsure if I wanted to continue with a property that had a mortgage helper or where I wanted to live. I knew when I saw the home, that would be it. How does a Real Estate Broker work with that? Ethan Rutley was patient with me and kindly directed me into a new home that I am so excited to move into. There were a couple offers I wanted to put on homes and instead of making a quick sale, Ethan helped me walk through the pros and cons of each property. He looked at the value of the property today and the potential for future. With a slight market correction, he got top dollar for my property and was able to direct me into a home that the price was showing the market correction. Ethan, is a broker with Integrity, Patience and I never felt pressured to purchase anything I wasn't happy with. Pamela Glendinning, Kelowna, BC
