Tony has been my property manager over the past five years while I have spent most of those years living abroad. Due to his expertise and professionalism I have been able to live those years worry free knowing my property is in great hands. I have never had any issues and have had my property rented 100 percent of the time since hiring Tony. I would highly recommend such an honest and hard working property manager to anyone of my friends and family members as well as anyone looking for credible professional help with their property. Thank you Tony.

This review is a shortened version of my bad experience with this company. I ended up with terrible tenants who damaged my property and caused me monetary loss, among many other things. One property manager in particular was deceptive on a number of occasions and unprofessional. My tenants were filthy, disrespectful, continuously late and deficient in funds, and the company made many accounting errors. I forwarded a complaint to the managing broker/owner who stated they decided not to address my concerns with the property manager so she could retire on a happy note. Essentially, they disregarded my concerns. As an experienced landlord, I do not recommend this company. I had a lot of frustrations and lost a lot of money using their services. On a positive note, during my search for a new manager, I spoke with a number of great potentials. There are some good ones out there.

As a non-local landlord, I struggled with managing my two low cost rental suites in West Kelowna for over a year and only attracted high maintenance tenants. Kevin and Kristina happily took the baton from me and did a very professional job at managing the property and managing my tenants. They always kept me informed of things happening on the property and of upcoming issues. Great work team!!!

We have had Kevin and Kristina manage our rental properties for more than 10 years now. We have found them to be very honest, hard working and always contactable. We like the fact that they care about our tenants and make sure that their living environment is good while at the same time taking care of our interests as owners. Prenesh & Charmaine G

We have had Kevin and Kristina manage our West Kelowna property for years and would highly recommend them! They go above and beyond and are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have. Tenants have always been happy and they make sure to have them treat our home as they would their own.
