A top notch realtor who grew up in Kelowna and knows it inside and out. We were beyond satisfied with our business dealings with Gary. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and ethical. We always felt we were well taken care of, and our opinions were heard. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody. What more can I say??

Gary Athans is knowledgable about real estate. We have completed many real estate transactions and have never dealt with a realtor who was so diligent with the purchase and sale of properties. He looked after our interests from throughout - from showing us properties, writing up offers, ensuring our needs were met throughout and to marketing a successful sale on our behalf. We will definitely work with Gary again!

Having known Gary and his wife Liz for decades, we have a lot of confidence in them as a team. Gary assisted my son in purchasing a quality condo property that has proven to be an excellent choice.
