It is our immense pleasure to recommend Andrew (Andy) Smith as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. Looking for the right retirement home without spending all our retirement money we’re sure was not an easy task. Andy had an initial meeting with us regarding our specific needs for our retirement home as well as our budgetary limitations. He did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. Throughout this retirement home buying process and with Andy’s engaging personality we found the process very pleasant and stress free. When we could not be in the city to view upcoming properties, Andy went out of his way to walk us through the properties with videos that he personally took. All paper work was handled long distance with ease. Mission accomplished, our beautiful retirement home awaits for our permanent move in. Thank you Andy! We are pleased to recommend Andrew (Andy) Smith to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to move again he will be our first choice in real estate agents.

Thanks Andrew for helping me find a great home! I did not know Kelowna or the different areas. You were a great in explaining the different options to me and taking the time to show me the benefits of each area. I am looking forward to moving into my new home!
