Dave and his team did a great job selling our home in a slower market. It wasn’t easy but was successful in the end and much appreciated! Well done and thank you !

The service they provide is exceptional! I truly enjoyed working with the team. They achieved our desired outcome of selling our investment property for top dollar! Thanks Robles team!

Dave and his team set the bar that other real estate agents should strive to achieve. Dave is extremely professional and personable. He was willing to meet with us at any time and location to accommodate our busy work schedules. At our initial meeting, Dave presented himself professionally and well prepared; immediately we could tell Dave took his profession seriously. During the meeting he presented his team, services, the pros and cons of our property and a real down to earth assessment of our property and the current state of the market. We immediately signed with Dave and his team. Dave and his team were well organized, had all documents in place and ensured nothing was missed. He continually kept us apprised of showings, efforts to follow up with other real estate agents via phone calls! Yes phone calls! We were impressed with his confident drive, that he stands by his work, his team, and the price he sets. We had many questions and he was gracious with his responses. Within 2 days of listing our property we received two offers – we previously listed with another firm and did not receive any offers over a 3 month period. Dave continually kept us up to date and provided several different scenarios to contemplate when we received an offer. We took his advice and it paid off. We received a final offer within 48 hours of hitting the market with a quick turnaround time. We told Dave it was important for us to sell our property as it meant an opportunity for us to become financially secure and assist our family members. Dave took this to heart and he and his team delivered! If you are in the Fraser Valley to sell or purchase property, I personally recommend Dave Robles and his team. The Robles Real Estate Group sets the standard other realtors should meet.

Dave and his team go above and beyond for each purchase and sale. We have worked with Robles Real Estate Group for the past 8 years and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. From taking us out to showings last minute and during his holiday, Dave and his team took the time to hand deliver our offer and ensure we got the house we wanted. When selling our home the process was seamless - Dave, Kelly, Taylor and the rest of the team were amazing! The entire process was stress free and our house sold over asking in under a week. The professionalism, advice, customer service, and knowledge are incomparable and we will definitely be using them if we buy or sell again. Jason & Lisa

It became clear very early after meeting with Dave, that this was not a one person service. Our listing with Dave was very much a Robles Group team effort and was handled very professionally throughout the process. From the initial partnership agreement, it all happened quickly. The marketing materials, home staging and open house all happened in quick sequence, with multiple offers beginning on day one. We were extremely happy with how Dave managed the offer we accepted, but we also appreciated the the coaching we received from Dave and the team in dealing with our new purchase. It took a lot of pressure off in an otherwise pretty stressful event. Thanks a ton to the entire group!
