Having had my house on the market for 10 months already (enduring too many showings & open houses to count) with no success, I was skeptical when he said he would have it sold in 2 weeks. Well, he did it! He gave lots of advice & tips on how to make it more marketable. No open houses at all. He is very approachable & was available any time to answer my questions or concerns. If you're selling, I strongly recommend you put Jonathan at the top of your list.
