Bob & Jo-Anne did a fantastic job selling our home (for the 2nd time). They did their homework and had an action plan in place within a couple of days. More importantly they listened to what we were looking for and found our new home as well. In a crazy real estate market, they kept us focused . We always felt they had our back and we are very pleased with how both sides of the transaction turned out. We would not hesitate to recommend Bob & Jo-Anne and their team to anyone looking for a great realtor. When we decide to sell next time, they will be the first call we make. Thanks guys !

This is our 5th real estate transaction with Bob and Jo-Anne, they always work very hard, whether finding us a home or selling our existing. We will continue to use them for all of our real estate transactions going forward. Thank you Bob and Jo-Anne

Thank you Bob and Jo-Anne for assisting (again, I think this makes 4 sales and purchases) with the sale of our property. As usual you made the process smooth and exceeded our expectations in service! Lily was wonderful and stayed on top of the showings and ensured our tenants were kept well informed and happy throughout the process. Should we have the need to buy or sell again you know that you will be our first call! Tom and Colleen

Incredible! Friendly, helpful, consitant. The only realtor I would trust. Thanks so much Bob!

Jo-Anne and Bob are a fantastic team to work with! They manage the perfect balance of being professional, yet personal. They really care about you and work around the clock to ensure they match you with a place to call home. I have had the pleasure of working with Jo-Anne and Bob three different times, and there is a reason I am a repeat customer. I bought my first house, sold the house and purchased a condo with them. They really go above and beyond, and they have helped me out immensely. Words cannot express my appreciation for them! These are realtors that you can trust.
