I had the pleasure of working with Dawn and Dustin for both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. Their quality of service, friendliness, and attentiveness to our needs exceeded my expectations!

I purchased my first home this year, as we were moving from Victoria to Nanaimo. My sister recommended Shyla Young as our realtor with Layzell, Dreger, Walton and Associates. The market was near zero inventory while we were looking for a home, and properties were being listed with offers already in place. We could not have predicted how challenging it would be to even find a place, and I am convinced that NO ONE would have worked as hard as this woman did for us. No one could know how much it mattered in an environment this competitive to be so responsive and so committed to the effort. Without Shyla's determination, positivity, thoroughness and unbelievable ability to appear in multiple places at once, we would not have found our home. (I'd swear there could be more than one of her---and if there isn't, the universe could definitely use more Shylas!!)

Rob and Dawn did a fabulous job of both selling my home and helping me find a new one. The marketing of my home was so professional, from the beautiful pictures that showcased it, to the back to back showings once it was listed. I was very pleased to get a selling price that set a new high for the neighbourhood. I love my new condo, and was happy to purchase it without multiple bids. Rob and Dawn were kind and patient throughout the process and I would recommend them, to help with your realty needs.
