As a first-time home buyer, I sometimes felt overwhelmed with the learning curve, but Kelly's experience and expertise made it manageable, and made me more comfortable with the decisions I had to make and the steps I had to take. She was quick to respond to my inquiries and concerns, was always friendly and patient. We are very happy with our purchase. I would recommend Kelly to anyone.

Kelly has helped us with the sale of a piece of property and the purchase of a new home. She is extremely pleasant to deal with and very friendly. After dealing with her she feels more like a friend than just our realtor. However she is also a very skilled negotiator and has a very good grasp of the market. When we sold our lot in less than a week we also got 15% more than I thought we would get. In our search for a new home she was patient and did a good job finding us a good quality home we could accept at a reasonable price. She did not just help with the sale she is still helping us in finding people to do work on the new home and even selecting paint colours.

I had a wonderful and rewarding experience with the HB Real Estate Group especially Dave Hammond who was honest with his assessment and patient with my many questions. My house and property sold far above what I wanted. When I found what I believed to be my dream home, he assessed the value and helped with all the papers even assisting in finding a mortgage for one month which is not what banks want!
