Darcy's calm demeanor and experience in real estate is very reassuring to nervous buyers. Highly recommended!

The most important attribute in a Real Estate Agent is trust! Darcy Elder is trustworthy and ethical and gives his honest evaluation of the homes he shows. After having had a very bad experience with a local realtor in the past, Darcy was able to gain our trust very quickly with his honest and above board approach. We have other family and friends that will be moving to the area over the coming years, we would not hesitate to refer them to Darcy.

Great personable service. Knowledgeable of the local market which saved us from a potentially disastrous purchase. Honest and forthcoming....listened to what we said and gave us the guidance to achieve what we were after. Love out new home and would not hesitate to recommend Darcy or work with him on future transaction.

Fantastic real estate agent! Best in Kelowna. Darcy made buying a house easy. Was personable and more Importantly knowledgable about what to look for as well as the area and knew the market. He gave his honest opinion of a home and pointed out the hidden gems of the house but also if there was something for us to be aware of. Would definitely recommend him to someone buying in Kelowna.
