awesome job by Mackenzie and Roland. Made the process effortless, dealt with everything so I didn't have to.... communicated well with tenants, organized everything and took charge of the whole process. Professionalism, honesty and communication - these guys are examples of what's often times missing when dealing with a realtor! Thanks guys

We worked with Mackenzie Olson when purchasing our first home. Mackenzie made the process fun and easy for us. She helped us the whole way through and was always easy to reach when we had questions. Mackenzie knew that we were new to the whole process and went the extra mile by helping organize a house inspection and a contractor for our new place. I will definitely recommend Rowland and Mackenzie to my friends and family when they are looking to purchase a home.

We worked with Roland & Mackenzie to sell our home sometime ago and they were very responsive, patient, professional and caring from start to finish. Thank you very much for all your hard work and efforts. We are trully grateful. Take care, guys!

Roland and McKenzie were so terribly helpful with our (stressful as always) move from family home to condo. All of our requests were happily accommodated and we felt so comfortable dealing with them and never felt pressured. No questions went unanswered and as a result we ended up living in our dream place. We could not happier and we are both sure that this would not have happened had it not been for everything that Roland and his team did for us. Their helpful link to upcoming listings was what really made it all happen. Thanks!!!!

If you are looking for a professional and "honest" realtor, Roland is your option. Honesty was absolutely important for me as a first-time home buyer. He is not looking to sell something to you. I really believe he cares that his clients are very satisfied with their purchases at the end and that's one of the main reasons he is quite successful. His assistants are also helpful and quite fast in communication. Loved the experience.
