Moving from the east coast to the Vancouver area, we used Winnie to help purchase our property and found that her local and real estate knowledge was invaluable. Throughout the buying process Winnie was professional, knowledgable and highly responsive, so a few years later when needing to sell our home we used Winnie again. Winnie not only helped navigate us through a difficult market, she went above and beyond the standard service offerings of other real estate agents. Through her strong marketing and negotiating skills, Winnie highlighted the features of our property that appealed most to potential buyers and successfully negotiated full asking price for our property. We highly recommend Winnie for buying or selling your home.

Winnie sold my townhouse in Burnaby during a very volatile housing market. She is a true professional and thanks to her market knowledge and connections in the world of real estate she was able to get more than the asking price, with the closing date we needed. I will not go to anyone else for the next real estate transaction I do. Thanks Winnie.

My husband and I worked with Winnie back in 2011 when we were buying a house (first time home buyers!). We were referred to Winnie by a family member. Being knew to the home buying experience, we really appreciated the time Winnie spent explaining the process, as well as helping us through our first offer once we found what we loved. 7 years later, we still love our purchase but would happily work with Winnie again should we ever decide to sell. We recommend Winnie!

Winnie Pak is a supportive and helpful realtor to work with. As first time home buyers, we needed a realtor who we could trust to help us make a big decision. Winnie went out of her way to help us as we navigated the experience of buying a home. Winnie is a solid professional, shows a clear dedication to excellent customer service, and has vast real estate expertise and experience. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent. Even more so if you are a first time home buyer. Thanks Winnie!

My wife and I met Winnie Pak at a party and we thought that if we moved again, we would contact Winnie. When we called Winnie for our next move, my wife and I both said we wished we knew Winnie when we moved the first time. A great experience. Winnie's knowledge and energy quickly won us over and we were not the easiest people to work with. Winnie was patient with all our questions and we quickly developed a "trust" in her. This trust helped us through the process along with Winnie's professional attitude. Winnie fought to get us what we were looking for. We will be moving in the near future and will call on Winnie Pak again. And when people talked to us about realtors, we mention Winnie Pak all the time.
